La producción de Premios Soberano logró algo que parecía imposible al poder juntar en el mismo escenario a Toño Rosario y a sus hermanos Los Rosario (Rafa, Tony y Luis).
La dinastía de los exitosos merengueros, nativos de la ciudad de Higüey, forma parte de las atracciones artísticas de los galardones número 29 que se entregarán el martes 9 de abril en el Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito.
Estos premios son otorgados por la Asociación de Cronistas de Arte (Acroarte) y la Cervecería Nacional Dominicana (CND).
Al dar la información ayer, René Brea, productor artístico de la premiación, dijo que este segmento es el seguimiento a dos contenidos anteriores del espectáculo que se convirtieron en los favoritos del masivo público televisivo como fueron en 2011 el junte entre Johnny Ventura, Fernando Villalona, Eddy Herrera y Toño, y el año pasado el homenaje a Wilfrido Vargas. “Otra noticia que queremos compartir con ustedes es la participación del reconocido cantante venezolano Ricardo Montaner, quien además de actuar estará recibiendo un Soberano Internacional”, apuntó Brea.
El productor recordó que el 9 de abril, en la sala Carlos Piantini, en transmisión por Telemicro HD, también cantarán Prince Royce, quien viene de ganar seis premios Lo Nuestro, el dúo Tercer Cielo y Redimi2, en un segmento cristiano “como agradecimiento a Dios que nos permite realizar cada año este homenaje a lo mejor del arte de República Dominicana”.
El director de Relaciones Públicas de la CND, Luis Rubio, expresó que para la Cervecería es un orgullo brindarle al pueblo la más importante plataforma artística del país junto a Acroarte. “Estamos trabajando para que la gente disfrute del mejor espectáculo del área del Caribe que celebra, aplaude y difunde lo mejor del arte y la cultura”.
Las opiniones fueron vertidas en un encuentro realizado en el restaurante Grappa.
