La Romana.- Un haitiano fue encontrado muerto en un campo de caña con más de 20 heridas en su cuerpo, hechas por desconocidos en el batey “Como Quiera” del municipio de Güaymate.
La víctima fue identificada como el nacional haitiano Fernel Luis, de unos 25 años, quien vestía pantalón jean color azul, pantaloncillo negro y sin zapatos. Residía en el mismo batey.
El médico legista al examinar el cadáver informó que el mismo recibió heridas cortantes múltiples, aproximadamente 20 heridas en la región cervical, torax posterior, mano derecha y abdomen.
De acuerdo a investigaciones, el hoy occiso había tenido una discusión el día anterior con unos tales Beke Alfredo, Fito Nice, Brenson Pubene y Leonel pal, quienes se encuentran prófugos.
El cadáver fue levantado por órdenes del médico legista Benito Kelly, el fiscal Héctor Julio de la Cruz.
La investigación del caso está a cargos del segundo teniente José Severino Brand, y el cabo Víctor Mercedes Gómez.
