Santo Domingo, Rep. Dominicana.- El procurador General de la República, Francisco Domínguez Brito, reveló que el 89% de la cocaína que se está vendiendo en los barrios es falsa.
"Yo no voy a decir que es basura, lo que es basura es el 11%". Domínguez Brito precisó que, en este caso, el adicto "por lo menos está consumiendo azúcar de bizcocho, cal, tiza, que hace daño, pero no hace tanto daño como la cocaína".
Manifestó que en un momento determinado se hicieron análisis, y aumentó la proporción de pureza, pero sospecha que se debió a producto de un cargamento introducido, se pagó con cocaína y circuló droga "un poco más pura".
Durante una reunión con el presidente de la DNCD, Rolando Rosado Mateo, los directores regionales y los fiscales del país, consideró que hay que mejorar los mecanismos de persecución, sobre todo en lo referente al consumo local.
"Hemos notado en los análisis de pureza que se han hecho, que en un momento determinado mucha de la cocaína que se está vendiendo en los barrios tiene solamente un 11% de grado de pureza".
