Oficiales de la DGA recogieron las muestras de los metales y luego la DGA autorizó el despacho a su destino.
Participaron también en la revisión el subdirector de tecnología, Heriberto Minaya; el asesor del director, Gregorio Lora; el gerente financiero de la DGA, José Alfredo Tejeda; el encargado del departamento de auditoría, Marcelo Ureña y el administrador de la Terminal de Carga del AILA, Wilson Acosta.
